| Our office is often unmanned, and as driving instructors it is illegal for us to answer our mobiles whilst teaching, so if calling please leave a message. This should include your name, contact number, and if you are enquiring about driving lessons your post code, and we will get back to you, normally within a few hours. |

| Emails will be answered as soon as we return to the office, normally within 4 to 6 hours. If an additional delay is likely to arise, as a result of your message being redirected to the appropriate instructor, then your email will be acknowledged and you will be advised of the situation. | ||||
